This is the first spring that we have spent in this house, since my parents' moved early last summer. Of the many things I love about this place, the backyard is arguably one of my favorites. It's huge. There are many sections: deck, badmitten, the old clothsline/bird-feeder holder, the shed, and of course the picnic table and horse shoe area. I have spent few afternoons exploring the nooks and the crannies of their yard, and have found some beautiful things. I love seeing nature on nature's level.
